| Do I have to take a test before I start the course? |

Yes you have to take a short placement test. This includes grammar, vocabulary, writing and a spoken assessment.
You are then placed in a class at your level of English.

| Do I have to pay for anything in class? |

No, all study materials are provided. Howevever, you will need to bring a notebook, pen and pencil.

You can phone the office number during office hours. Alternatively you can call the director on the mobile number at any time.

| Are there any refreshments provided? |
|
Yes, tea, coffee and water are provided free of charge.
You may bring in a small snack if required, but we do not encourage eating while the class is in progress.

| Do you provide free email and Internet access? |

Yes, you can use our broadband internet terminals when you are in class, subject to normal internet access rules.
